Jonas Suchadolskas

Jonas has been working in film and advertising production for over 10 years. He studied his craft in London and Saint Petersburg. Currently, Jonas is the video team lead at Lithuania’s unicorn Surfshark, where he oversees projects of various scales—from large TV commercials to social media video content creation.

In his creative work, Jonas follows a simple rule: before starting any project, the team must have a clear understanding of its goal, context, and constraints. He believes this is the key to producing outstanding video content.

As a mentor, Jonas strives to empower people for creativity as quickly as possible—something he believes can be achieved in less than an hour.
