Sales Terms

1. General

These Sales Terms govern the purchase of courses and lessons from UAB "Atomic projects" (hereinafter — "Seller"). By placing an order, you (hereinafter — "Buyer") agree to these terms.

2. Prices and Payments

  • All prices displayed on the website include VAT (21%)
  • Prices are in EUR (Euro)
  • Payment is required at the time of purchase or within the specified payment deadline
  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfers (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Revolut), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Payments are processed securely through MakeCommerce (Omniva)

3. Order Process

  1. Add desired lessons or courses to your cart
  2. Proceed to checkout and fill in billing information
  3. Review your order and accept the Sales Terms
  4. Select a payment method and complete payment
  5. Receive order confirmation and invoice via email

4. Order Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with an invoice attached. The purchase agreement is considered concluded when payment is received.

5. Invoices

An electronic invoice (PDF) is generated for every completed order. Invoices are available for download in your account under Order History. B2B customers can provide company details (company name, code, VAT code) during checkout for proper invoicing.

6. Access to Purchased Content

  • Live lessons — access is granted for the specific scheduled date purchased. Access details are sent via email after payment.
  • Video lessons — access is granted immediately after successful payment and available through your account.
  • Full courses — access to all course lessons is granted after payment. Live lesson dates are as scheduled in the course calendar.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before payment is completed
  • Live lessons — cancellation with full refund is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled lesson date
  • Video lessons — refund is available within 14 days of purchase if the content has not been accessed, in accordance with EU consumer rights
  • Full courses — partial refund may be issued for unused portions if requested before 50% of the course has been delivered
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method

8. Coupons and Discounts

  • Coupon codes may be applied at checkout
  • Only one coupon code may be used per order
  • Coupons have specific validity periods and usage limits
  • Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise

9. Consumer Rights

As a consumer based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This right does not apply to digital content that has already been accessed or to live events that have already taken place.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected]. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of the Republic of Lithuania (www.vvtat.lt) or resolved through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).

11. Governing Law

These Sales Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
